When we started building Rubik Talent, we looked at the reasons why diversity and inclusion are important. Fundamentally we understood our culture affects our trainees, internal staff and our reputation in the market – it touches everything we do.

An inclusive and supportive workplace culture has enormous benefits our team, our clients and our partners. According to McKinsey, diversity in the workplace increases innovation. It also helps drive better decisions and collaboration. We wanted to have a positive impact on our industries and we knew our clients were reaching out for change.

Training runs through our DNA.
